At RenaLab, we understand that your time is very important. We will make sure that your results are available quickly and easily, in a format that is useful to you. Your results will be available the following afternoon after the sample is collected. Also, your dialysis center will be notified anytime a critical value result is released.
In addition to our speed, RenaLab offers one of the highest quality laboratories in the U.S. We are accredited by the College of American Pathologists and staffed by registered technologists and technicians. Anytime a result does not fit the clinical picture for your patient, you are encouraged to let us know. RenaLab will not only pull and repeat the sample in the lab, but will also send it for testing to an outside lab for extra validation at no cost to you. That is part of our commitment to the quality of your patients’ results.
