Patient Care Technician
As a patient care tech, your job is to give your patients good quality care. RenaLab is committed to help you do that by making it quick and easy for you to manage the lab orders, print specimen labels and get patient results. The RenaLab Direct computer system is just what it says – a simple, direct, and easy way to perform those patient care tasks related to lab. With only a single lab tube that requires spinning, you will be through with the lab draw tasks and on to your other duties quickly and efficiently.
Another very important part of our commitment to you is excellent customer service. Our friendly and helpful customer service staff is only a phone call away, anytime you have a question. At RenaLab, you will speak with a person, not just a computer, and we will do whatever it takes to resolve any difficulties for you quickly and efficiently. You will also see a RenaLab Field Service Representative who will visit your center in person on a regular basis to help with any issues and provide training for you on any new innovations from RenaLab.
